Welcome

huber.jpg             Welcome to HPLC2009 in Dresden!

The HPLC Symposium Series represents the premier conference for liquid phase separations and related techniques. Traditionally, the HPLC Symposia provide new developments in the field, a meeting point and discussion forum for scientists and users of high-performance liquid chromatography, supercritical fluid chromatography, and electroseparation techniques.

On behalf of the Scientific and Organizing Committees it is therefore my privilege and pleasure to invite researchers and practitioners of liquid phase separations to participate in the 34th International Symposium on High-Performance Liquid Phase Separations and Related Techniques, HPLC2009, to be held from June 28 to July 2 in Dresden, Germany. In the tradition of the Symposium Series, we will present a multifaceted program reflecting the vitality of HPLC and related techniques

The city of Dresden offers a multitude of cultural attractions, surrounded by the magnificent landscape along the Elbe. The city also offers a modern infrastructure and highest comfort in accommodation which all in all leads to an excellent environment for scientific and social interactions.

The International Congress Center of Dresden is one of the most modern congress venues in Europe and offers a warm atmosphere for stimulating discussions and exchange of knowledge.

A warm welcome to all of you and looking forward to seeing you in Dresden.

Christian Huber
